Phoebe has been doing major renovations on the beach house. She is upgrading the bathroom, the family room and the kitchens. Phoebe has spent a small fortune and done so much of the work. Thankfully, her whole family is helping as Phoebe is trying to do as much as she can herself with minimal help to avoid hiring a construction crew. Though she had to use them a few times. The next step Phoebe is taking is buying a modern and energy efficient central heating & cooling system. Phoebe has been shopping around to try to find the best priced and most energy efficient central heat & cooling unit. But so far, this hasn’t been an easy thing for her to do. Coming across the right heating & a/c plan seems to be taking much longer to do. Phoebe started shopping around for a few months and still hasn’t found the right heating & a/c unit for her modern beach home as of yet. Phoebe wants one with a particular SEER rating and a specific style. She may have to seek advice from her local heating & a/c professional and see what they can advocate based on what Phoebe is looking for in a central heating & a/c unit. Phoebe believes that she will find the right central heating & a/c plan easily soon and manage to complete this beach home renovation.
