Not having to worry about heating and A/C maintenance or which air conditioning company to call when you need air conditioning maintenance is a special kind of blessing, and since Valence and I started dating, now that we are married, I no longer have the number of the air conditioning provider pinned on my wall.
Valence is a certified air conditioning serviceman who cares for our quality air conditioner needs, but through him, I have learned so much more about air conditioning that he can absolutely guide me if our multi-split air conditioning install has a problem and he is not around, and when we first met, I assumed that he was a mechanic or something since he had oiled his hands and some smeared on his shirt.

I am still embarrassed to date because when he told me he worked for the local indoor comfort business, I immediately started telling him about the issues I was having with our thermostat. As soon as it was out of our mouth, I regretted it and apologized. As an cooling system serviceman, he was used to such outbursts when he mentioned his profession. I never brought up our heating and A/C issues again. When I eventually invited him to our cabin for lunch, he observed a problem with the air quality. The next afternoon he came to our cabin and fixed the heating and A/C Installation. From then on, I didn’t even think they would place a waiting period to attend to their loyal purchasers.
