I found a raccoon on my HVAC condenser

There’s a multitude of varying animals that live in the woods behind my house.

When I first moved here, I saw a family of rabbits in the late afternoon hours one day.

There was a whole litter of babies following around two adult rabbits, and they were all eating flowers growing out of a batch of clovers near the edge of my garden. It was one of the cutest things I have ever seen! One evening I saw a mother opossum with several of her babies riding on her back as she ate berries from a boysenberry bush. I was enamored by all of these wonderful animals, especially when I was graced to the site of a horde of ducklings one morning when I was out on my back porch reading a newspaper with a cup of coffee. None of these woodland creatures have ever posed a threat to me or my property besides the raccoons. Don’t get me wrong, I love those little buggers to death, but they’re relentless with my neighbor’s garbage. Luckily he hasn’t yet figured out that they’re coming from my yard and hopefully he never does. One night I was taking out the garbage and there was a raccoon sitting on my HVAC condenser while the fan was running. It was blowing his fur upward and he didn’t notice me at first because of how loud the condenser is while it cycles. I told him to scurry away from my air conditioner equipment, but I have to admit he was cute. It’s pretty hilarious to find a raccoon playing on top of a condenser fan, assuming they don’t cause any damage or leave behind any droppings. In this case, the little guy only gave me a laugh.
