I honestly do not understand why anyone would risk their life for the HVAC company, but the owner of the HVAC company did just that thing.

Let me tell you what happened. Recently, there was a fire at the HVAC company. Nobody knows how the fire started at the HVAC company, but there is no denying that the fire was very bad. There have even been talks that one of the disenfranchised HVAC technicians started the fire after losing his job with the HVAC company. Either way, when the owner of the HVAC company heard that the HVAC company was on fire, he rushed past all of the firefighters that were working to put out the fire in the HVAC company so that he could grab some important records. His office was at the very back of the HVAC company, and he almost died grabbing a few folders. If I was the owner of the HVAC company, I doubt that I would have run into the HVAC company to grab any folders. I know that they must have been important to him, but he could have died. No matter what it was, he could have rebuilt it in the future. However, he definitely valued the HVAC company over his own life, which I think is sort of respectable. That HVAC company means a lot to him, and I think that it says something about the quality and the reputation of that certain owner of the HVAC company.
