I had a job scheduled for Monday morning and I was late getting up and out of the house. I must have hit snooze on my alarm. I do not remember ever hearing the alarm ring at all. I didn’t have time to take a shower and I didn’t have time to dry my pants for work. I had to wear one of my old pairs of trousers. They’re a little bit too small for me. I’ve gained a couple of pounds since my wife got pregnant. I think I’m just gaining weight just like she is. This is my baby weight. I went from a size 34 and my pants to a size 38. My boss had to order new pants for me from the launder. I only got two pairs of pants and I have to wash them frequently. I ran out of clean pants and didn’t have time to dry them last night. After waking up late, I didn’t have time to dry them this morning either. I was forced to wear an old pair of trousers to the boiler repair. Unfortunately, I was required to move around on the floor quite a bit during the boiler repair. I was stretching into the back of the machine when I heard the front button on my trousers pop. It made a very loud sound when it fell to the ground. I looked all over the place to find the button, but I was not successful. I got up and started moving around and my pants slowly started to fall to the ground. There was absolutely no way that I could continue working that day with my pants falling down. My only option was to go home and change.
