I’ve had to spend a lot of money and there’s still plenty left to do. I’ve had a lot of help as I’ve been trying to do as much as I can with minimal reliance on construction companies. So far, this strategy is working out well. My next chapter in this house renovation is purchasing a brand new and energy efficient central HVAC. I’ve been researching more on the best priced and most energy efficient central heat and cooling unit. So far, this hasn’t been easy to do. Truly, finding the right HVAC system can be such an uphill task. I’ve been researching for weeks and still haven’t come across the right central HVAC system for my home to buy and install. I want a HVAC system with a particular SEER rating and style. I may have to ask for help from my local HVAC expert and see what they can propose based on what I’m looking for in a central heating & air conditioner unit. My vision is clear about finding the right central HVAC very soon before I complete the renovations.
