I want to put an addition on, however the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C will be a problem

I entirely want to put an addition onto our house, but I know that the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system situation will cause a problem… The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit that my associate and I currently have in our home just isn’t large enough to support the home that my associate and I have now plus extra square footage that will come along with the addition that my associate and I are planning to put onto the locale… I don’t know what to do about it, however my associate and I have a lot of people giving us ideas, then one girl that I labor with said that my associate and I should just make the addition a three season room as well as that my associate and I shouldn’t even worry about putting an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system in there at all. I don’t like that idea one bit, but my hubby thinks that my associate and I should just install a newer, larger Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit in the home so that it will be able to handle all of the square footage in the house, including the new addition. I personally guess that my associate and I should install another smaller Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit of some sort in the addition that we’re building as well as that way, my associate and I could have zone control heating as well as cooling. My pal and I could just turn the temperature controls up as well as down whenever my associate and I are going to be in certain parts of the home as well as not have to worry about it otherwise. In my opinion, my way just makes a whole lot more sense than anything else does. I’m hoping that I can get my hubby to come around to my way of thinking because it’s almost time to start getting the home ready for the addition! If my associate and I do it this year, it’s going to be in the Springtime as well as my associate and I are almost there.
