It was time to have the HVAC duct cleaned, despite the fact that I didn’t know who I should call.
I bought the house two years ago, and they told me they had the HVAC duct cleaned a year before that. They were told HVAC duct should be cleaned every two to three years, and they did it faithfully. The only thing they didn’t say was if I had to find a professional HVAC duct cleaner or if I should call the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. I looked online and found out that most Heating and Air Conditioning companies have their own team of HVAC duct cleaners. They have special machine to wipe and sanitize the HVAC duct. They also have stuff they can put in the HVAC duct that will seal any small cracks or holes that are in the HVAC duct. I called our local Heating and Air Conditioning contractor and asked if they had HVAC duct cleaners. The woman told me they made an appointment for me to get my HVAC duct cleaned. When I gave her the address, she said it was nice to meet me, then she knew the previous owners and they were good customers. She was hoping their Heating and Air Conditioning contractor would be serving me for numerous years to come. She impressed me with her greeting, and I couldn’t wait to meet the Heating and Air Conditioning team of HVAC duct cleaners. They arrived in certainly white outfits and they wore booties when they walked into my house. They promised to leave my apartment as wipe as it is now, and even cleaner. They were going to sanitize my HVAC duct, and it would make the entire house smell like new again.
