This Heating and Air Conditioning corporation was rated best in the state, and it’s evident why that’s the case. The customer service is excellent. I always dream of working for that Heating and Air Conditioning corporation. But, the place where I work is a Heating and Air Conditioning corporation that all the people would hesitate to call. I do my job well as a Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. I do everything that I can to make the experience with clients wonderful. It is a shame that my fellow Heating and Air Conditioning contractors don’t have the same work ethics. I have a few coworkers that I’d fire instantly if I was in charge. They are the Heating and Air Conditioning contractors that are constantly getting complaints, but my employer doesn’t pay attention to the customer complaints because she doesn’t want to have to go through the trouble to recruit other Heating and Air Conditioning contractors. It would help her Heating and Air Conditioning corporation so much if she would just recruit new Heating and Air Conditioning contractors. She is quite laid back and doesn’t seem to care that she is losing money this way. I have a good relationship with the corporation and the clients, however I’m just a single Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. I can’t do the work of almost everyone in the office. I’m always receiving calls from homeowners who request me to help them with their Heating and Air Conditioning problems, however I have to turn them down because I simply don’t have the time to fit them into our schedule. If the other Heating and Air Conditioning corporation was looking for new workers, I’d switch jobs, but they aren’t. I just want to work for an Heating and Air Conditioning corporation that cares for its clients.
