This HVAC company was rated best in the state, and I know why. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. I wish that I worked for that HVAC company. Unforutaly, I am stuck with the HVAC company that most people would hesitate to call. I take my job as an HVAC technician very seriously, and I do everything that I can to make the experience with customers wonderful. It is a shame that my fellow HVAC technicians don’t take their jobs quite as seriously. I have a few coworkers that I would fire immediately if I had that ability. They are the HVAC technicians that are constantly getting complaints, but my boss just ignores the customer complaints because he doesn’t want to have to go through the trouble to hire a new HVAC technician. It would help his HVAC business so much if he would just hire a new HVAC technician, but he is quite lazy and doesn’t seem to care that he is losing money with these men. I have a good reputation with the company and the customers, but I am just one HVAC technician, and I can’t do the jobs of everyone in the office. I am swamped with customers who request me to help them with their HVAC issues, but I have to say no to so many customers because I simply don’t have the time to fit them into my schedule. If the other HVAC company was hiring, I would probably switch jobs, but they aren’t. I just want to work for an HVAC company that has a good reputation.
