Who would want to task for an HVAC business? My boyfriend doesn’t understand the desire to be employed by an HVAC business.
Perhaps this is because his brothers were treated poorly at the HVAC company that they worked for, although I’m not sure. My boyfriend saw his brothers work so much to keep their employer satisfied at the HVAC company that they worked at for over 3 decades. They said that their manager was good to them at the HVAC business, although my boyfriend heard the yelling whenever she would call them. Because of that, my boyfriend has never had a desire to work for an HVAC business. He’s sure that his brothers would have trained him super well to be an HVAC professional just as they were, but he was not interested in HVAC tasks after seeing all that his brothers went through. It is not just his brothers and that identifiable HVAC company that kept my boyfriend from wanting to be an HVAC professional though. He had an associate who he went to school with who went into the HVAC field, and hated his decision within just a few years of being an HVAC professional. He said that the pay wasn’t enough for all the tasks that he was made to do. He is now with his third HVAC business, and he has only been an HVAC professional for about 6 years. The HVAC industry is just not something that my boyfriend has any desire to be in at all.
