I’m down to four more stories to write before giving myself a little break.
- I will do a meditation session in my cool office while my cats sleep at my feet.
They are undoubtedly relaxed cats and spend most of their waking hours trying to find a position in which to sleep. My buddy and I have a nice flat here and it kind of feels like a buddhist monastery with the calmness that pervades the entire living space. I also have a good meditation area and a good yoga locale for us, along with a lot of candles and incense. The heating unit my friend and I use in the winter season keeps us overheated while my friend and I do our yoga and when the temps get undoubtedly overheated my friend and I have a mini split air conditioning component in the kitchen where my friend and I practice the yoga routines. This week is an overheated one and I am going to relax in the flat for a while until it cools down a bit out there. I don’t really have the HVAC system running in the afternoon yet because the temps aren’t high enough to warrant the use of it just yet, and my little fans are doing a good task of keeping me cool while I do my work online. I also know in a month or so it is going to be too overheated for the fans and I will have to bite the bullet and run some cool air through the flat. The HVAC duct is getting cleaned next week by this HVAC worker and my friend and I should be all set for the overheated weather pretty soon.
