The local window supplier was out of business.

About 10 or Twelve weeks ago, my great friend Ed and I ordered new windows from a window supplier commanded by our local condo store! Six weeks ago, Ed and I started contacting the local window supplier to see when our windows would be delivered, but Ed and I got no answers.

After calling as well as sending text messages over the next two weeks, Ed and I still had no answers as well as thought Ed and I should call the local condo store that commanded them to us.

The lady Ed and I talked to asked who had made the recommendation as well as Ed pulled out her notes. I’m not sure who got angrier over the next ten minutes. The lady at the local condo store told us the lady she had spoken with was no longer working for them. The window supplier Ed and I ordered the windows from had gone out of supplier about six weeks earlier. She wasn’t sure that she could get our cash back for us, although she was going to do everything she could to help us. Ed told him she hadn’t paid the entire amount for the windows, but had only given the window supplier the down payment on the windows. She didn’t want to lose all of our cash in case something like this happened. Since 1 of their employees had commanded this window corporation, she was going to start a refund for us. The window supplier was once one of their local vendors, so she felt it was the store’s responsibility to take care of their patrons. Ed and I reordered our window from the condo center. The lady Ed and I were talking to provided us a great price since there were over three windows, as well as Ed and I weren’t sorry for taking her deal.
