I did not want to stay at work late on Tuesday evening, but my boss gave to pay all the people overtime as well as buy pizzas for supper the next weekend.
We were having a state inspection as well as all of the paperwork needed to be filed as well as completed.
We were making sure that all of the t’s were crossed as well as all of the I’s were dotted. It’s tedious work, but someone needed to stay to make sure that it was done… A few of my co-workers as well as I gave to complete the paperwork, and my boss left at 7 p.m. as well as the three of us were there by ourselves to complete the work. I thought the boss was going to stay with us as well as I was pretty aggravated when he went home… None of us went cabin at supper time so we could help him with the paperwork as well as he left early to be with his family. I was already aggravated when the boss left. When the AC in the cut room stopped blowing freezing air, I wasn’t going to sit there any longer. I tried to tap the air conditioning system lightly as well as I turned all of the buttons on as well as off. I even gently kicked the air conditioning system, but nothing seemed to work. I told my co-workers that I wasn’t going to stay one third longer. They agreed that it was terrible circumstances. The AC wasn’t laboring as well as the boss wasn’t even there to help. Everything was dropped into our lap as well as it entirely wasn’t our responsibility to make sure that the paperwork was completed for the state inspection.
