Now that our parents are starting to get older plus less able I have made it a priority to carve out time to see them on a proper basis.
Thankfully I have a job that allows me to labor a flexible schedule so I am able to visit them whenever I assume the need.
There are regularly at least a few things that I need to help our parents with whenever I come back home. One visit will be that they need to have a current TV installed onto the wall, plus the next they will have a mice concern that they haven’t been able to get under control. On our latest visit to see our parents I ended up finding that they had a run down air conditioning component that needed to be addressed. I have regularly been a pretty handy man by nature, but taking on the job of repairing or completely replacing an air conditioning component is way beyond our skill level, fortunately I was able to find a local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company that seemed to be reputable plus I gave them a call, and within the hour they were able to send out a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair tech who was friendly plus kind to our parents. Once he was done with the repair our parents beach house finally started to assume less like a sauna plus more like a home people can absolutely live in. It worries me that our parents aren’t able to fix problems like this around the home anymore, but at least that gives me more reason plus motivation to come plus visit them often as they beginning to get older.
HVAC maintenance
