Zack wished that he worked for that HVAC company. However, he’s stuck with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor that many people don’t trust. Zack treats his job as an HVAC worker with respect, and does everything that heI can to make the experience with buyers attractive. It is a shame that his fellow Heating, Ventilation and A/C workers don’t take their jobs the same way. Zack has a few coworkers that he would fire instantly if he had that ability. They are the Heating, Ventilation and A/C workers that are constantly getting complaints, but his boss just ignores the buyer complaints because he doesn’t want to have to go through the trouble to hire modern Heating, Ventilation and A/C workers. It would help his HVAC company so much if he would just bring in some new Heating, Ventilation and A/C workers. Zack’s boss is quite lazy and doesn’t seem to care that he is losing business. Zack has a fantastic reputation with the customers and company, but he is just one HVAC worker. He can’t do the jobs of most people in the office. Zack is swamped with customers who request him to help them with their HVAC problems, but he has to say no to so many of them because he simply doesn’t have the time to fit them into his schedule. If the other HVAC company was hiring, Zack would actually switch jobs, but they aren’t. He just wants to work for a HVAC contractor that has a fantastic reputation.
