When my acquaintance told me he had gotten a second a/c device, I wish I could say I was surprised, but I was far from it; My acquaintance is very careless when it comes to his heating as well as air conditioning machines.
- I am not sure why, despite the fact that he seems to feel those heating and cooling machines are invincible, and neglecting them won’t do any harm.
When he buys these portable a/c systems, he doesn’t ever change the air filter, or turn them off for that matter… The portable air conditioning device is always running, with very little care. And then he wonders why they chop so often, but he complains that they don’t last long, and when I try to tell his why, he doesn’t want to hear it. The thing is, I have had my portable air conditioning device for the past 8 years, and it has worked wonderful all of this time. She has gone through two in a few years. So I know how to correctly take care of the heating and a/c system like you are supposed to. Honestly, I don’t feel there is too much I can do for her, since he is not going to listen to me anyways, I feel I am just going to have to hope he learns in time to take respected care of the machines he owns. But going off of his history, I don’t feel he will. I have a feeling he will keep going through them, and buying new ones.
