Yesterday, I was supposed to have our air conditioner unit checked prior to Summer arriving.
I had told the receptionist at the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company that if the specialist arrived before I was home, he could go ahead plus do whatever needed to be done including the repairs.
He could then leave our receipt in the door. The receptionist apparently told the Heating as well as Air Conditioning specialist what he was supposed to do, but no a single ever showed up at our house. When I got home, I called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation, plus asked why the specialist had not shown up? The receptionist took our information, plus told me that the specialist had been there plus left the receipt in the kitchen door in between the screen plus the main door. While still on the iPhone, I went to the kitchen door but there was nothing there. I told her this plus she told me to look in the front door. I still came up separate from a receipt. She asked me to give her half an minute plus she would call me back. Half an minute later, the receptionists called. She told me she had given him the address across the street from where I lived instead of 1364 Sherry Rd., she had told him 1365. 1365 Sherry Rd. had their air conditioner unit checked, instead of 1364 Sherry Rd. Now, I had to make another appointment to have our air conditioner unit checked plus repaired. The receptionist was so nice that since it was their fault I did not have the labor done yet, she put our inspection down as a no charge.
