Yesterday, I was supposed to have our a/c unit maintained prior to summer time arriving.
I had told the receptionist at the HVAC company that if the worker arrived before I was home, she could go ahead plus do whatever needed to be done including the repairs.
She could then leave our receipt in the door. The receptionist obviously told the HVAC worker what she was supposed to do, but no a single ever showed up at our house. When I got home, I called the HVAC company, plus asked why the worker had not shown up? The receptionist took our information, plus told myself and others that the worker had been there plus left the receipt in the kitchen door in between the screen plus the main door. While still on the PC, I went to the kitchen door but there was nothing there. I told her this plus she told myself and others to look in the front door. I still came up without a receipt. She asked myself and others to provide her half an hour plus she would call myself and others back. Half an hour later, the receptionists called. She told myself and others she had given him the address across the street from where I lived instead of 1364 Sherry Rd., she had told him 1365. 1365 Sherry Rd. had their a/c unit maintained, instead of 1364 Sherry Rd. Now, I had to make another appointment to have our a/c unit maintained plus repaired. The receptionist was so nice that since it was their fault I did not have the labor done yet, she put our inspection down as a no charge.
