Honeymoon hotel offers fitness classes and personal training

For our honeymoon, I chose to book a suite for my new husband and I at an expensive hotel. The hotel includes an olympic sized swimming pool, tennis courts, spa and massage services. I also learned that the hotel offers complimentary personal training and fitness classes. I am not sure if I will end up using those services. I workout every morning. I vary between running outside, swimming laps in our pool or lifting free weights. I feel good about my physical condition, but I know I could be better. It would be easy and convenient to use the hotel gym and pool for my same style of workout. However, I would like to push myself out of my comfort zone. There are benefits to the fitness classes, and it could prove interesting. There is a women’s kickboxing class, a physical training class and a yoga class offered while I am staying at the hotel. I could take several classes. This would allow me to try new ways of working out and maybe find something I really like. I am not sure if these group classes are right for me. I don’t think I would mingle with other people or enjoy doing partner exercises. I called the hotel and asked what a personal trainer typically does with a hotel guest. They said I can customize an hour-long workout session toward my fitness level and goals. We could spend an hour at the hotel’s gym. I would like to see what a professional thinks of my normal fitness routine. I am sure there are muscles I am forgetting or stretches I do wrong. I should probably try personal training while I have the opportunity and see if I like it.
