Fancy security systems

The majority of new appliances are now equipped with WIFI access; I have the ability to program and operate my washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, oven and sump pumps through an app on my iPhone, but while wireless access is harshly convenient, there are far too many apps.

  • I couldn’t keep up with the management of all of these smart appliances and systems, then between the smart control unit, humidifier and tea maker, I was constantly trying to organize everything.

About more than a few months ago, I finally invested in a beach house automation system, but the overall amount of luck is that all of the smart household technology is centralized into a single interface. I was lucky enough to incorporate the lights, sound system and add a beach house security system. I’ve almost always felt the need to improve the safety and security of the house. We now have motion activated lights and cameras located around the outside of the house. If there’s any activity, I get a notification on my iPhone and am able to watch real time footage. I now know exactly what’s going on and whether or not it’s a problem, however most often, I watch a video of the neighbor’s cat getting into my garbage can, however at least I believe no 1 is robbing my house. The system includes sensors on the windows that set the alarm if there’s any glass breakage. We have automated door locks that I now have the ability to control through my iPhone. I can check to make sure that everything is locked and secure. Anyone who enters the apartment needs to punch in the usual security code or the alarms sounds.
