Last week, I had the most terrible week! It seemed like I broke everything I touched, and like everything that could possibly go wrong did.
It was super annoying.
I was ready to just crawl into bed and give up by Tuesday because I broke my pinky toe, I fell in the shower, I broke a window in the living room, and I had a flat tire all in one day! The next day when I got home from work, I was looking forward to eating dinner and sitting in the living room in my nice cool air conditioning. It was a ridiculously hot day that day and I had been working outside in the high temperatures all day so I was ready for a break. Well, much to my dismay, I realized as soon as I walked in the door after work that my air conditioning wasn’t working correctly. It turns out that the A/C system in my house had completely broken down and it was actually hotter inside of the house than it was outside! I was so mad that I could have punched a hole in the wall or something crazy like that. Of course, that wouldn’t have done me any good. Also, the way things were going that week, I probably would have broken my hand and ended up in the hospital or something. Anyway, the air conditioning was messed up and that was just the icing on the cake for my terrible week. I ended up having to call the HVAC company and have them come to do a very expensive repair job on the central air conditioning unit.
