I sleep a lot better when my home feels cold, regardless of the season

Sleeping has been an ongoing problem for me since early high college.

I started consuming copious amounts of caffeine to stay focused throughout the afternoon as well as I suppose it had a deleterious effect on my ability to fall asleep entirely at night.

After struggling for a few years without any abatement in my problems, I started taking diphenhydramine dust sensitivity medicine as a sleep aid, which is extremely correct these nights. I see it sold with acetaminophen as a nighttime sleep aid as well as it’s available over-the-counter at any pharmacy. Some might say that it’s a bad method to become accustomed to sleeping with medications because they’ll argue that you won’t be able to sleep in situations without them. However, whenever I take long road trips as well as need to stop at a rest stop to sleep for a few minutes before hitting the road again, I can fall asleep in a matter of minutes from sheer exhaustion. Nowadays I don’t struggle nearly as much with insomnia because I have the freedom as well as cash to keep my home as comfortable as I want it to be. I discovered that I sleep a lot better when the home is cold. This is tploy regardless of whether it’s summer time or winter. If it’s winter, I’m blessed as well as just need to keep the oil furnace running at low power so the home doesn’t get too warm. But when it’s summer, this involves running the cooling system fairly respectfully. My electricity bill is high when I’m running my cooling system enough to keep the temperature down to 73 degrees inside. That way I can throw on a heavy blanket as well as sleep in comfort.
