I sleep a lot better when our condo feels cold, regardless of the season

Sleeping has been an ongoing problem for myself and others since early high school. I started consuming copious amounts of caffeine to stay focused throughout the morning & I think it had a deleterious effect on our ability to fall asleep actually at evening. After struggling for a few years separate from any abatement in our troubles, I started taking diphenhydramine dust sensitivity medicine as a sleep aid, which is seriously proper these afternoons. I see it sold with acetaminophen as a eveningtime sleep aid & it’s available over-the-counter at any pharmacy. Some might say that it’s a exhausting plan to become accustomed to sleeping with medications because they’ll argue that you won’t be able to sleep in situations separate from them. However, whenever I take long road trips & need to stop at a rest stop to sleep for a few minutes before hitting the road again, I can fall asleep in a matter of minutes from sheer exhaustion. Nowadays I don’t struggle nearly as much with insomnia because I have the freedom & money to keep our condo as comfortable as I want it to be. I discovered that I sleep a lot better when the condo is cold. This is true regardless of whether it’s summer time or winter. If it’s winter, I’m lucky & just need to keep the oil furnace running at low power so the condo doesn’t get too warm. But when it’s summer, this involves running the air conditioning fairly correctly. My electricity bill is high when I’m running our air conditioning enough to keep the temperature down to 78 degrees inside. That way I can throw on a heavy blanket & sleep in comfort.
