My boss is an absolute tyrant when it comes to the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C units in our company.
I do not guess what his problem is, but it seems that his constant goal in life is to make everyone miserable.
He has found many ways to make his employees miserable, in addition to one of the ways that he does this is by decreasing the temperature control to really terrible settings. He is so cheap when it comes to the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C units… During the winter, the oil furnace feels love it is barely working. Obviously, if you were to step outside, you would notice the difference in the oil furnace in addition to the outside, but the temperatures inside are far too frigid for the building. All of us all have to bundle up while in the Wintertide because he never turns the oil furnace up. During the summer, I don’t even suppose that the boss turns the central a/c on. He claims that the central a/c is on, although I do not suppose that I have ever heard the central a/c turn on. If the temperature control is turned on, then the temperature must be set to 90 degrees, making the central a/c practically ineffective. At least the people I was with and I can bundle up while in the winter. There is no way to find relief while in the summer time without the a/c. When the people I was with and I have mentioned to the boss how uncomfortable it is because of the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C units, he consistently mentions that he is only able to spend our money us well because of how much he saves on the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C bills. I guess that it is a lie, but he does spend our money well, in addition to I do not want to put that in jeopardy because of the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C units.
