I called a local a/c corporation plus they were able to send out an cooling system specialist the same day. The cooling system worker arrived a few minutes later, plus gave me the bad news. My thermostat was going out, which would explain the false studyings; He told me it would be best to get a high quality thermostat, such as a smart thermostat. I will have to learn plus research online later for modern thermostats.
