It has been nearly two years since I moved down south in order to work at a new job and expand my horizons.
While there have been several nice times during my time down here, for the most part I have felt too ill to really love them, however up until only a few weeks ago I would be at lake condo and suppose so sick that the only thing I could do is sit in bed because by the end of the month I would suppose too sick and weary to get anything else accomplished.
Thanks to the help of some friends from work who believe much more than I do about self care, I came to learn that the illness I was feeling had to do with the air quality that my Heating and A/C plan was providing my studio apartment! I had never been really nice when it came to getting my Heating and A/C plan inspected on a correct basis which ended up leading to several major problems with my Heating and A/C unit, then now that I have been able to realize that my Heating and A/C plan is holding me back I have now been able to replace my Heating and A/C machine with a more eco friendly 1 that does a much better job at filtering the air coming from the outdoors. This is especially important considering I live in a city filled with smog and dirt, and despite the high price tag it has paid off. I no longer suppose sick all day, and for the first time since moving down here I am finally starting to love my time!
