I finally realized that I just decided enough was enough.
It’s not that I was irritated inside our condo all the time, but it seemed as if it was far more often than it needed to be.
So I decided to change things up, as we’ve enjoyed living in this house. And not too long ago, we had to substitute the cooling and heating component that we inherited when we bought the place. The ancient cooling and heating component was in pretty wonderful shape and it still had some life in it. We negotiated a much better price given how important residential cooling and heating is in this area. Nearly all prospective customers want a condo that comes with a turn key heating plus cooling system that is all set up. It worked out for us to keep the ancient cooling and heating unit and the thing just kept going so we kept up with the cooling and heating repair. Finally though, it was time to pull the trigger on modern residential cooling and heating and we ended up getting some wonderful residential cooling and heating with all the latest HVAC technology. But one thing we didn’t do was take into account the air quality and this would be something that we only ended up addressing here recently. I have allergies asI’m allergic to trees plus grass pollen and pet dander. While I’m not just completely destroyed by these allergies, they do have a direct impact on our life. And I recognize I just finally decided that our happiness was worth the cost of wonderful air quality. So we just recently added a whole condo air purification proposal to the cooling and heating unit. And I changed the old paper cooling and heating air filters over to HEPA filters. Our air quality is now as wonderful as it gets plus our condo is a dust sensitivity refuge.
