There was a cabin I was viewing & thinking about buying, however I evidently wanted to get a fantastic look at it & learn about its condition.
While I was exploring around the home, I was made aware that it had heating & a/c problems.
Heating & A/C problems are something I can handle, & I really have experience with Heating & A/C technology & Heating & A/C equipment. Furnace or A/C problems are no problem. However, after I did a brief inspection of the systems myself, I realized that this was not an issue of the a/c machine. When I found out it was really an issue of the air duct needed to be repaired, I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford this home. It would be one thing if it was just holes in the air duct, but no, the air duct was completely messed up. This was really bad, because air duct problems are known for being incredibly fancy. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to buy this home, unless I was considering getting ductless a/c. I wasn’t willing to get ductless a/c, so I knew it was time to transfer on. I was not surprised when weeks later, the cabin was still on the market. If the owners are hoping to sell the home, they will have to get the air duct repaired themselves, because that is just too much of an expense for most people to take on. I plan on getting a cabin with central Heating & A/C, since that is my preferred plan of heating & cooling.
