Humidity Balance is an Important Aspect of HVAC Equipment

Thankfully, our much needed HVAC cooling process addresses the humidity factor inside the house

I’m just really glad that we are almost in the month of September. The feeling I have is sort of close to how I felt a week away from Christmas. There is large anticipation in the air when it comes the coming weather. After a few weeks of intense heat plus humidity, we are on the verge of seeing the a/c demand lessened. While September is still notoriously tepid plus humid in this region, there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Our good old HVAC equipment is still really doing its thing and we’re all awfully grateful for that. The days are still plenty hot out and so the need for our nice little air conditioner is still at premium. However, I’m noticing just a few changes over the past week or so. There have been cooler breezes in the night, so much so that it’s nice to get out of the central a/c plus enjoy the night air. That is for sure a small change however it’s indicative of what’s to come. Soon, there will be days where I can go outside plus enjoy our root beer without covered in sweat or feeling as though there is a wet blanket on our head. That’s a large portion of the problem around here as the humidity can just be very oppressive. Thankfully, our much needed HVAC cooling process addresses the humidity factor inside the house. The heat pump is not only moving out heat energy to be sent outside, but there is an honorable amount of moisture that goes with it. So we’re left with indoor air that is cool, crisp plus much, much drier than the air outside. And it’s only going to get better!
