I have a lot of HVAC technicians working for me, and I think that this is pretty cool.
When I first started this HVAC company, I had no idea that my HVAC company was going to become this successful. When I first became an HVAC technician, I knew that I wanted to start my own HVAC company. I have never liked being a regular employee while somebody else makes all the money, and I wanted to be in charge of my own life. I knew that starting an HVAC company was going to be hard work, but in my opinion, it was going to be totally worth it. However, having a dream of starting an HVAC company is totally different from actually starting an HVAC company. For a long time, I was the only HVAC technician for my HVAC company. I was struggling to find customers in a town that already had an established HVAC company. For a long time, I didn’t know if my HVAC company was going to survive, and there were a few times when I honestly considered quitting my dream of becoming the owner of an HVAC company. However, I built traction, and now, I have multiple HVAC technicians working for me. It feels wonderful to own a successful HVAC company and to have this many people surviving by working for my HVAC company. I am now the owner of the largest HVAC company in the county, and I employ more HVAC technicians than anyone else. I am so blessed and so glad that I stuck with my dream.
