I bought new T-shirts for all of the workers at the Heating and A/C business. I asked each of them to give me their sizes, so I could get the T-shirts that they needed. I kept repeating they should give me the right size of the T-shirt that would be the most comfortable. It’s not a big deal if my Heating and A/C specialists have form fitting shirts or loose fitting shirts as long as they are comfortable and get the job done. I ordered the new T-shirts from a new business downtown who were offering a deal on 55 T-shirts or more. I got all of the T-shirts for $6.50 each. Usually, I pay $8.50 each. When the new T-shirts arrived, I was delighted to open the box. I was hopeful that the new T-shirts would be as nice as the pictures I saw online. The colors were right and vivid, however the quality of the T-shirts was less than ideal. Plus, they sent the wrong sizes. The T-shirts were supposed to be made of 100% cotton, but they were clearly some category of cotton blend. Even though the tag on the T-shirt said they were 100% cotton, I knew they had some category of polyester. The T-shirts weren’t the same quality product that I bought from the other business. I called the business and asked for a full refund. If I couldn’t use the shirts to advertise my Heating and A/C business, they had to go back.
