These young ladies contacted the AC repair maintenance to request help and I was the serviceperson that was assigned to help them with the matter. I wasn’t happy with this task at all. When I arrived, the young ladies’ seemed off. They were pacing all over the house, even after I started my work. I’m aware that some customers can feel uneasy about the repairs, but they seemed so weird. I heard the ladies talking in low tones. I told them that the cooling system needed a new part. The ladies asked how much the repair was going to cost. I gave them an estimate of $184. I was only charging them a tiny fee for the maintenance call and the full fees for the part. This was the best deal I could do. I didn’t want to charge them $205. The ladies were angst. They kept saying that I was trying to overcharge and accused me of breaking the part so they would have to pay money to the business. I told the ladies that they phoned the HVAC repair business when their cooling system failed. They continued raising their voices at me until I left and refused to repair the machinery. I only wanted to help these ladies and repair the cooling system, however the ladies would not stop yelling. They were not going to pay for the repair that would fix the cooling system.
