I tried to renew my warranty on the AC and gas furnace

I bought a brand new AC equipment and gas furnace about 3 years ago.

The original warranty on the equipment was for 36 months.

I did not want the equipment to run out of warranty, so I contacted a company to see if I could renew the warranty on the AC and gas furnace. The insurance company told me that they do not handle things care about that. Once the warranty is up on the gas furnace and AC unit, there is no way to extend the warranty. The average lifespan for a gas furnace and a/c or around 10 years. If you take exceptionally great care of the machine, you might hit the top end of the spectrum. If you dislike your heating and a/c plan well, then the equipment might not even last half that time, however regularly stressed tune-ups and service check-ups on the equipment are an important section of regular service. I’ve been using a company in town to perform service tune-ups every season. I have the performance tune up done during the Spring months, before it is too hot, and during the Winter time months, before it is extraordinarily cold. The tune ups help find small problems that may occur and the tune ups provide the inspector a chance to see the equipment in action. When the warranty is up on the machine, I am hopeful that the gas furnace and the a/c will still continue to labor well for numerous years to come in the future. I genuinely can’t afford to update the equipment again until the loan is paid in full.
