I wanted to fix the AC, but the lady would not stop yelling

A customer called the AC repair service to request help and I was the technician that was assigned to help her with the problem. It was my good luck that I got the crazy customer. When I arrived, the woman seemed a little weird and frantic. She was pacing all over the house, even after I arrived. I understand that some customers can have anxiety about the repairs, but the woman was acting very strange. I heard her talking to herself and that made me feel even more weird. I told the woman that the air conditioner needed a new part. The woman asked me how much the repair was going to cost. I gave her an estimate of $186. I was only charging her a small fee for the service call and the actual fees for the parts. It was honestly a pretty good deal at less than $200. Unfortunately the customer did not agree. She believed that I was trying to pull a fast one on her and accused me of breaking the part so she would have to pay money to the company. I reminded the woman that she contacted me in the first place after the machine was already broken. She continued to yell at me until I finally walked out and refused to repair the machinery. I honestly wanted to help the woman and fix the ac, but the lady would not stop yelling and she was not going to pay for the repair even if I made those changes and repairs to the equipment.
