I’m really sad that our neighbors who live next door to us are going to be getting a divorce soon.
I have really always liked both of them, ever since we moved in here about five years ago.
When I say that I like both of them, I mean that I liked them separately. Whenever we saw the two of them together, they were always really mean and rude to each other which was not comfortable for anyone. I could never understand why they were so mean to each other, though. When they were separate, they were as nice as they could be. There was just something about the two of them being together that made them mean and hateful to each other. I guess some people just are not made to be married to each other. Anyway, I found out the other day that one of the main reasons that they are getting divorced is because they could not agree on the temperature settings on their thermostat. I thought that this was the silliest thing, but apparently, that was one of the irreconcilable differences that the two of them had. I mean, my husband and I fight about the air conditioning settings in our house once in a while, but it’s never been something that I would ever consider as an irreconcilable difference. I just find it hard to believe that two people would actually get divorced over something as silly as their air conditioning settings. I guess you just can’t ever know what goes on behind closed doors.
