One year ago when I first moved into this property, I found it to be perfect in nearly every way. I say nearly because if there was ever a single thing that I didn’t like about it, that would be the paint job. The previous owners had made the choice to paint each individual wall a totally different color. Even in just one room you could be fully surrounded by numerous colors. It was absolutely bizarre however it was in no way what I was going for. So after some help from my spouse both of us both picked out a set of colors both of us absolutely preferred and got straight to work repainting all the walls. I hadn’t expected it however the air conditioning equipment did an excellent task of helping to dry the paint. It helped it to dry almost too quickly so both of us decided to go to the temperature control equipment and adjusted the air conditioning until both of us were finished. Once all was done and both of us were ready for it to start drying both of us turned the air conditioning equipment on blast. Now not only could both of us rest back and relax and prefer the nice flow of cool air coming from the air vents above, however both of us could also worry less about accidental wet paint. The two of us had new Heating and A/C equipment. Last year after the ancient one was worn down, it would have needed replacing soon anyways. It was certainly one of the best decisions we’ve made.
