My husband and I went to the hardware store to pick up some wood for the deck.
The two of us built the deck several years ago, and there are a few sites where the boards are entirely warping.
My husband and I made the decision to upgrade all of those boards last Thursday, but while the two of us were at the hardware store, the two of us saw the supervisor giving a demonstration of a modern product in stock. That modern product was a programmable temperature control. My husband and I were not interested in the least in buying a temperature control, however the two of us easily got sucked into watching the entire 20 minute demonstration. By the end of the sales demonstration, my husband was convinced that the two of us needed to buy a modern temperature control for our dwelling. I easily knew that the two of us did not need a modern temperature control, however I could not argue with my husband about it. He actually spent most of the day on Thursday trying to figure out how to install the programmable temperature control. The two of us did not get any work completed whatsoever on the deck, and that was going to be our major project to knock out. I will disclose that the modern temperature control is a wonderful way to save money. I appreciate being able to set the temperature a couple of degrees warmer in the day. My husband and I believe this is the coldest area of the day. I’m certain that it was a fantastic move to purchase the programmable temperature control, however I legitimately hope the two of us can get all of the deck work entirely completed next weekend. After all, we are supposed to have a nice BBQ at the end of the week. I legitimately want the deck to be fixed before we reach the celebration.
