My sister and I decided to throw a party for my parents 30th wedding anniversary.
My sister wanted to have the party at her house and I was perfectly fine with the idea.
I didn’t want to worry about all of the party planning. We decided to contact a caterer and we had the entire event hosted by a company that set up the food and helped serve. We had a huge tent set up in the backyard. Temperatures were comfortable during the day. It was a little warm around lunch time, so my grandparents went inside of the house to sit in the air conditioning for a couple of minutes. While everyone was inside of the house, I decided to check on some things in the kitchen. I asked the caterer if she had more quiches or spinach rolls. Both of the appetizers were out and I was hoping to find some more appetizers in the kitchen. The caterer pulled out one more tray of each and she told me that I could take them outside. Everything was going really well until there were some problems with the AC inside of the house. My grandfather came out to the reception area and he told my sister that there was a problem with the temperature inside of the house. It was getting very warm, so my grandfather adjusted the thermostat. The air conditioner still wasn’t cooling the house. My grandfather believed that there was warm air coming out of the vents. My sister grabbed her husband and they went inside to handle the problem. She had to call a repair service in the middle of the party.
