A client called the A/C repair business to request help and we were the professionals that were assigned to help her with the problem.

It was our good luck that we got the deranged customer. When we arrived, the lady seemed a little odd and frantic. She was pacing all over the house, even after we arrived. We understand that some clients can have anxiety about the repairs, however the lady was acting odd. We heard her talking to herself and that made us feel even more weird. We told the lady that the air conditioning system needed a new part. The lady asked us how much the repair was going to cost. We gave her an estimate of $190. We were only charging her a small fee for the repair call and the actual fees for the parts. It was a pretty nice deal at less than $210, but the client did not agree. She believed that we were trying to pull a fast one on her and accused us of damaging the part so she would have to pay cash to the corporation. We reminded the lady that she contacted us after the device was already broken. She continued to yell at us until we finally walked out and refused to repair the machinery. We wanted to help the lady and repair the ac. Unfortunately, the lady would not stop yelling and she was not going to pay for the repair even if we made the repairs to the equipment.
