A homeowner called the A/C maintenance corporation to request help and Alice was the professional that was assigned to help him with the problem.

It was her good fortune that she got the odd customer.

When Alice arrived, the guy seemed a little odd and all over the place. He was pacing all over the house, even after Alice arrived. She understands that some customers can have anxiety about the repairs, but the guy seemed a little odd. Alice heard him talking to himself and that made her be on edge. She told the guy that the cooling unit needed a new part. The guy asked her how much the maintenance was going to cost. Alice provided him with an estimate of $175. She was only charging him a small fee for the maintenance call and the actual fees for the parts. It was a deal at less than $220! Unfortunately the client saw it differently. He believed that Alice was trying to swindle him and accused Alice of splitting the section so he would have to pay cash to the dealer. Alice reminded the guy that he contacted her to come fix the faulty cooling unit. The guy continued to yell at Alice until she finally walked out and refused to mend the machinery. She genuinely wanted to help the guy and fix the ac, but the guy would not stop yelling. Plus, he was not going to pay for the repair job even if Alice made those changes and repairs to the equipment.
