They sent out a cooling specialist and he told us that while the furnace and the cooling system was laboring, it was old and would likely need to be upgraded soon, and additionally, the heating and a/c system needed a lot of tune-ups and upgrades if it was going to heat and cool the house efficiently and even then it likely wouldn’t last long

Both of us decided that the best method would be to completely upgrade the Heating and Air Conditioning system. Both of us thought this would be more of a chore, and in some ways it was, but it was also fantastic because we got to option out the new heating and a/c units; It was satisfying when the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman arrived and installed the numerous new units.
