It was funny when I was going new home from a late night celebration.
I honestly spent the better section of the previous hour just sobering up so I could drive.
Then I realized I had munchies, so I went to this 24/7 burger joint. In this location, I noticed there was an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional there having a late snack, then he was still in his uniform plus everything. I got to talking to him plus asked him if he was working late or what. He told myself and others he just got off an emergency repair job where somebody’s heating plan broke down. He said it was a extreme situation for the kids in the new home plus he brought portable gas gas furnaces for them to use. I was thinking how thoughtful that was for him to do that to help those kids. Then he said that he was able to knock out the job within the hour. He explained how he remains on call while in this time. Then I remembered that I was having an issue with my oil furnace. It was heating the home wonderful enough, however it was making some odd sounds. He said he wouldn’t mind coming over to take a look at it as he didn’t have any other emergency calls yet. He even said he wouldn’t charge myself and others for emergency hours. This guy was absolutely nice plus I am ecstatic to have met him. He was able to solve the issue with my oil furnace separate from any trouble. It was so straight-forward for him to do that he didn’t even charge me. Both of us ended up hanging out at my home playing video games until he got another emergency call. Both of us became pretty wonderful friends after that.
