When I called the Heating & A/C company to have my furnace ran tests on, I thought it would be getting 1 of the Heating & A/C techs that I knew, i absolutely thought I knew every Heating & A/C Tech in that company, and when the service man pulled up, I had no method who was getting out of the van, he was older than most of the other Heating & A/C professionals would have been to my house, & I was a little wary. I did not know what it was about this man, but I did not recognize comfortable with him coming into my house, and unfortunately, he was not going to be able to get into the furnace room without coming through the house. When he walked in, he seemed to be looking for something on my counters. I asked them if there was something he needed, although he said he had all the tools he needed to do the task. I showed him to the basement, & after that I headed back upstairs, but the first thing I did was to get out of hearing distance, & call the Heating & A/C company. I told them how this Heating & A/C professional was acting, & how uncomfortable I felt with him being in my home. Within 10 minutes, there was another Heating & A/C professional at my door, & I knew this 1. He went to the basement immediately, & said that he was there to help out with anything that the other Heating & A/C tech needed. I heard what sounded like an argument, & after that I saw the first Heating & A/C professional go out, hop in the van, & leave. I had to admit, I was ecstatic to have him out of my house.
