HVAC inspections are important before you purchase a house.

I have a job where all of my customers either end up loving me or hating me. They aren’t even sure if they want to see me coming. I am the one who comes into the seller’s property and does an inspection. This can either cause a lot of distress for the owner, or for the buyer, but it can also be good for both. It takes me about three hours to go through the entire house. I am being paid to make sure the homebuyer is getting what they are paying for. There isn’t a system in the house that isn’t tested or inspected. I go into the attic and into the basement. I even crawl around in the crawlspace. I check out the electrical, the well and the sewage, along with all appliances. The only thing I get help with, is the inspection of the HVAC system. I make sure the owner has all of the proper paperwork to go with the HvAC system. There is nothing more important than being able to show the buyer the paperwork that shows all of the maintenance on the HVAC system. If you have an HVAC system that has been taken care of, the seller can get more value for his home. If the HVAC system has been neglected, it will decrease the value of the home. It can also be the difference of whether the house is sold. My job is to inspect the house and make sure the house is safe to move into. No buyer should go into a house without knowing what problems they could encounter in the future. This means having the entire HVAC system inspected.
