Now that springtime is here, it will son be summer.
Summer is my number one favorite time of year.
My family and friends all get outside and have fun. My mouth begins to water as I think about the burgers on the grill. I can hear the sound of the kids playing in the backyard. The only thing I don’t like is when I have to try to sleep and it is too hot in the house. We don’t have central air conditioning in our house. We do have several window air conditioning units. When we lived in the city, we had no problem finding an HVAC technician to come out and do maintenance on the air conditioners. When they closed up, we had a devil of a time trying to find another HVAC company to do the maintenance. I called one and they thought I was crazy. He said that if I really wanted the air conditioners serviced, I would need to bring them into the shop. When one of my friends suggested Craigslist, I thanked him for the information. I’m afraid to look for a professional HVAC tech on any kind of site like that. I’m afraid that they may not have insurance. If they make a mistake, I’m out all of my money. I think I will just continue to look around and hope that I find an HVAC technician who makes house calls for window air conditioners. I may need to pay a bit more for their service, but I know their service will be guaranteed.
