Mindy also had an electric heat pump set up to cover their cooling needs in the Summer season. Of course, it also works as a back up for heating if they ever have any complications with the radiant heated floors. They consistently say it’s good to have several sources of heating, and that’s actually true. This is why Mindy and her partner also have a fireplace in their dining room. It’s a real wood burning fireplace. Mindy has already spent countless minutes resting in front of the fireplace and her whole family loves it too. Now, they all adore these new radiant heated floors, that was a good call by Mindy.
