As a long term resident of our neighborhood, I have seen several people come plus go from this neighborhood.
I first moved in here 30 years ago, plus in that amount of time much has changed.
There are genuinely few of our original neighbors left. Most are current people plus so when another current person bought a apartment I didn’t believe anything of it. As I said before, I have seen several people come plus go. But I will never forget this guy, he managed to find a way to make everyone comfortable. My first interaction with him was him asking myself and others to shut down our heating plus cooling system. I was about to tell him no, although I decided to ask why, curious as to what his reason was. He told myself and others Heating plus A/C technology is evil plus each heating plus air conditioner plan was filled with evil spirits. I laughed, I thought he was joking, although I stopped laughing when I realized that he was serious plus he was staring at myself and others with difficult eyes. I was creeped out, told him no, plus he left. I found out later that he did the same thing to all our other neighbors. It only escalated when he decided to take matters into his own hands plus decided to try to chop into everyone’s yard plus smash the heating plus cooling system. The police were called plus he was later forced out of the neighborhood. However I will never forget the last time I saw him, the way he stared plus said random nonsense to himself. I have since had a metal cage installed around our heating plus cooling unit, just in case.
