The other day when I went to see our family doctor, I never dreamed that the prescription he would provide myself and others would be to call up our local Heating and Air Conditioning business! I was easily expecting for him to provide myself and others a prescription for a new kind of allergy medication or something like that, since I was going to see him for all of the coughing and sneezing that I had been doing.
- I was getting truly sleepy of all of the allergy symptoms and I was leaning toward even getting bi-weekly allergy shots to try and help myself.
However, when I got inside the doctor’s office and started talking to him about all of our allergy problems, he easily suggested that I call up our local Heating and Air Conditioning company when I got home. He said that sometimes you can service the symptoms that you’re suffering with just by fixing the air quality in your home. No 1 had ever told myself and others anything like this before and so I would have to say that I was more than a little bit shocked that he didn’t want to just write myself and others another prescription like most doctors do. He easily wanted myself and others to ask our Heating and Air Conditioning worker to come to the home and do an assessment of our heating and cooling system. He even said that we might want to look into getting a whole lake home a/c plan for the home that would run at the same time as the heating and cooling system. If this works, then that means I might not ever have to take allergy medications again!
