I was really onboard with my wifey’s plan for the next chapter in our lives.
- This is pretty much how the two of us have done throughout our marriage.
I do my best to keep working all the hours I do in our downtown offices with the zone controlled Heating and A/C and my wifey sort of captain’s the ship at home. She’s much better at all of this than I would be anyway. If left to my own devices, I’d legitimately just be sitting at condo in my recliner in the air conditioner. My wifey is the motivator, the planner and the coach when it comes time to for a plan to come to action. So when she broached the subject of selling our family home, I listened intently. My wifey made so numerous good points. The youngsters were out of the apartment and the youngest was about to graduate school and already had a task lined up. None of the youngsters needed a condo with good heating and cooling to come condo to. Then there was the fact that the real estate market was really hot in our region. Striking while the iron was hot on selling our condo made good sense. Finally, it was time to simplify our lives in order to make our coming retirement transition all the easier. And it’s all gone according to plan. Except we’re now residing in a rental that needs new Heating and A/C equipment. But perhaps I can just use this as motivation for finding our new site. Then I can get the latest in residential Heating and A/C and all the Heating and A/C technology that I’ve longed for.
